Founder & Managing Partner

Gregory White is a seasoned finance executive and trusted advisor with over 15 years of experience helping organizations scale, improve profitability, and bring discipline to complex financial environments. He is the Founder of White Advisory Group and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer – North America for a global, publicly listed manufacturing company.  

Gregory has held senior finance leadership roles across Fortune 500 and middle-market organizations, including Newell Brands, Kimberly-Clark, Owens & Minor, and Siemens Industry. His background spans CFO leadership, FP&A, and post-acquisition integration, with full P&L responsibility for businesses ranging from $10 million to over $4 billion in revenue.

Throughout his career, Gregory has partnered closely with executive teams to drive margin expansion and improve decision-making through disciplined financial planning. He has led large-scale finance transformations and delivered tens of millions of dollars in sustainable cost savings.

At White Advisory Group, Gregory translates this enterprise-level expertise into actionable strategies for owner-led businesses that have outgrown basic bookkeeping. His advisory work focuses on aligning financial strategy, operations, and people decisions to support growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.

Gregory holds a Master of Science in Economics from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida A&M University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in both Georgia and Tennessee and has completed executive leadership development through Emory University.

 
 

Burgette White, SPHR

Founder & Managing Partner

Burgette White is a senior-level Human Resources executive and trusted advisor to leadership teams navigating growth, transformation, and organizational complexity. She brings more than 15 years of experience partnering with executives to align people strategy, organizational design, and culture with business performance and long-term growth objectives.

Most recently, Burgette served as a Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for the Americas within a global professional services organization, leading HR strategy for a multi-billion-dollar business supporting thousands of employees across the region. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, she partnered closely with executive leadership to drive strategic planning, business integrations, organizational transformations, and HR operating model redesigns. Her leadership delivered improved margins, enhanced service delivery, and more than $6M in annual cost savings while strengthening employee experience.

Earlier in her career, Burgette held senior HR leadership roles across global organizations in infrastructure, healthcare, and consumer products. Across these environments, she led large-scale change initiatives, shared services and operating model transformations, succession planning, executive coaching, workforce analytics, and compensation strategy design—often in highly matrixed and complex business contexts.

Burgette holds an MBA in Strategy and Organization Management from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota. She is SPHR certified, a CHIEF member, and an active contributor to leadership and HR thought leadership through speaking engagements and panel participation.

At White Advisory Group, Burgette provides SVP-level People & HR advisory services, partnering with owners, CEOs, CFOs, and leadership teams to ensure workforce decisions, leadership structures, and people investments are tightly aligned with financial realities and business strategy. Her work is advisory and strategic in nature—focused on guiding leaders through growth, complexity, and transformation rather than delivering transactional HR administration.
